Evan Gentry - Chief Executive Officer

Evan is an innovative leader with success in growing successful companies focused on real estate investments, mortgage lending and mortgage technology. Money360 has come together as the culmination of Evan’s experience and business relationships.

Evan is the founder and CEO of G8 Capital (www.g8cap.com), a real estate investment firm focused on opportunity-based acquisitions of residential and commercial real estate assets. The Company acquires both real estate and loan portfolios from financial institutions and loan servicers. Since 2007, G8 Capital has acquired more than 30 portfolio acquisitions across 14 Managed Funds, representing more than $250 million in principal balance or real estate value.

Prior to G8 Capital, Evan co-founded MoneyLine Lending Services in 1996 and served as its president and CEO through mid-2007. MoneyLine’s back-office platform and technology revolutionized how many banks originated mortgage loans. The Company provides outsourced mortgage lending services for banks and other financial institutions. While at MoneyLine, Evan also served as CEO and chairman of First Premier Escrow, a MoneyLine subsidiary. After leading the growth of MoneyLine to 50 bank clients nationwide, Evan led the negotiations and subsequent sale of the company to Genpact, a spin-off of GE Capital. Following the sale in 2006, Evan continued to serve as one of Genpact’s senior executives through its successful IPO (Symbol “G”) on the NYSE, which was recognized by analysts as the fourth largest IPO of the summer of 2007 with a $3 billion market cap.

In addition to being a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate since 1997, Evan has held mortgage and/or real estate broker licenses in more than 20 states. Evan graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Brigham Young University.

Lee Decker - President and Chief Technology Officer

Lee is President and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing business development and technology operations. He is also responsible for enhancing Money360's LoanMatch capability to continually increase the success rate of its borrower/lender matching.

Prior to his role at Money360, Lee was the Senior Vice President at Washington Mutual, responsible for Home Lending functionality on WaMu.com. Prior to WaMu, Lee was a Senior Vice President at Overture Technologies (Mortgage Decision Systems) and Fidelity Information Services. (Alltel) At Fidelity Information Services (Alltel), Lee was responsible for enterprise product and technology, a role that strategically aligned investments in Alltel's mortgage and consumer technology products.

Lee joined Fidelity Information Services (Alltel) as a result of its acquisition of Xpede, a company Lee co-founded that provided online mortgage origination technology for Wachovia (Wells Fargo), Citibank and others. This followed another company he co-founded, iQualify.com, the first site to provide online mortgage approval using Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter. This mortgage web application resulted in Lee winning the 1998 Computerworld Smithsonian award for Innovation in Real Estate and Finance, jointly with Fannie Mae.

Lee is also an experienced mortgage lender, with many years as the Senior Vice President of Loan Administration and Secondary Marketing at Monument Mortgage. At Monument, Lee participated in Fannie Mae's Technology Advisory Board and was also the first to deliver a mortgage to Freddie Mac using Loan Prospector, its automated underwriting system. Lee brings a great deal of mortgage banking and mortgage technology expertise to Money360.

Stanley Kirst – Chief Underwriting Officer

Stanley is the Chief Underwriting Officer for Money360 and oversees all loan underwriting. Stan has spent the past 25 years in the mortgage lending industry, developing specific expertise in underwriting and secondary mortgage markets, where he has overseen the delivery of several billion dollars worth of mortgage loan pools.

Stanley’s career began in the 1970s in the California real estate market, where he has held numerous real estate investments throughout his career. He was actively involved in the early formations of the secondary mortgage market in 1980s, and his considerable experience includes nearly all mortgage product types with associated risks, including option ARMs, ALT-A mortgages, subprime mortgages, and various term and fixed-rate loans.

Stanley’s distinguished career has included holding senior level positions at companies such as First Interstate Mortgage, Advanced Savings and Loan, Brooks America and MoneyLine Lending Services. Stanley has successfully leveraged his extensive relationships throughout his career to effectively manage the secondary marketing efforts for each of these companies.

Stanley graduated from the University of the Pacific and has taught secondary marketing courses at California State University, Fullerton. Stanley is also a licensed civil engineer in California and holds a California real estate license.

Kurt Mullen - Chief Financial Officer

Kurt is the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Money360 and oversees all accounting and financial matters.

Kurt is also the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of G8 Capital and related Investment Funds. Prior to G8 Capital, Kurt worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche, LLP for five years, working two years in their New York office prior to transferring to the Orange County, CA office in 2006.

While at Deloitte & Touche, Kurt led financial audit teams, completing audits on both public and private financial and investment companies ranging from small to large cap. Clients he served include Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, US Trust, and the Capital Group Companies. Kurt worked directly with CFO’s and Controllers in order to understand and improve their business processes and financial reporting. Kurt was also part of the national training team for new employees at Deloitte & Touche, traveling across the country to facilitate trainings on technical accounting pronouncements and general procedures.

Kurt earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
