TOM MACMANUS
Tom serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of Money360, responsible for leading the company’s sales team, driving strategic growth and broadening its origination network.
Tom is a proven and tenured commercial real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking, lending and related capital markets activities. His previous roles have included President & Chief Operating Officer at ARA Finance, an ARA / Walker & Dunlop joint venture mortgage financing firm, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s national multifamily financing platform; Chairman & CEO at Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman, where he established a more robust and diversified real estate investment and financial advisory platform in the U.S.; and President of GMAC Commercial Mortgage & CEO of North American Operations, where he oversaw real estate capital markets and lending activities for North America, including seven lending platforms and national mortgage banking origination.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce degree from Rider University and earned his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
BRETT KOELLIKER
Brett serves as Chief Credit Officer and Co-founder of Money360, responsible for transaction due diligence and risk management.
Brett has 30 years of capital markets experience in the structuring and financing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Money360, Brett founded European Tax Credit Corporation (ETCCorp) in 1999, a financial services company specializing in the origination and development of commercial real estate lending programs utilizing capital market funding sources and non-traditional banking facilities.
Prior to organizing ETCCorp, Brett worked for over 15 years with various private equity and Wall Street groups specializing in equity and fixed-income products. During this time Brett co-originated a lending subsidiary that directed the tax-exempt lending platform of Nomura Asset Capital Corporation’s commercial real estate conduit CMBS/CDO business, one of the largest lenders in the U.S. commercial real estate market at the time.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
ALEX VELLANDI
Alex Vellandi serves as General Counsel of Money360, responsible for all legal aspects of Money360’s corporate and business operations. With over $15 billion in transactions and 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Alex draws from his extensive business background to provide measured and practical counsel to Money360’s senior executives and board of directors.
Alex has served as an attorney with two of California’s pre-eminent law firms and as in-house counsel at leading real estate investment and financial services companies. In private practice, he has represented large corporations, developers, landlords, tenants, real property purchasers, borrowers and secured lenders on a wide range of real estate related transactions in various states.
With a B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, Alex earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, is a California licensed real estate broker and serves in a leadership capacity for various charities and professional organizations.
JYM MEALEY
Jym serves as the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for the technology strategy and implementation at Money360. He has over 18 years of experience developing software and IT solutions for the financial industry.
Prior to joining Money360, he served as the Vice President of Software Development for Genpact Mortgage Services, a division of Genpact LLC., where he designed and led development of the Genpact Lending Solution (GLS) platform. The platform enabled Genpact to streamline and enhance mortgage processes for industry leaders such as E*Trade® Mortgage, USAA®, Nationstar® Mortgage, Citibank®, and many others. He also designed and oversaw development of Genpact Document Solutions (GDS) – a document management and workflow system for MERS® (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems) that provides significant cost savings to MERS through workflow and delivery automations for the millions of documents MERS handles each year.
Jym started his career with MoneyLine Lending Services, where he designed and developed MoneyLine’s proprietary mortgage origination and workflow system called Loan Officer Live, which has since been adopted by 65 financial intuitions throughout the United States.
Throughout his career, Jym has been on the front lines of designing and developing advanced workflow and orchestration systems for lending businesses that allow for transparent, efficient, and secure operations.
Jym earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
KURT MULLEN
Kurt serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Money360, responsible for financial reporting and investor relations.
Prior to joining Money360, Kurt spent five years at Deloitte & Touche, where he led financial audit teams, completing audits on both public and private financial and investment companies including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, US Trust, and the Capital Group Companies. Kurt was also part of the national training team for new employees at Deloitte & Touche, facilitating trainings on technical accounting pronouncements and general procedures.
Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Kurt worked for Glenwood Financial Group, a private real estate investment company, and co-founded K&J Mortgage Protection Services, a company that generated leads for insurance professionals.
Kurt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
FRANCESCA BRANIGER
Francesca serves as Managing Director, Underwriting & Credit and is responsible for the oversight, screening, and underwriting of all incoming new loans.
Prior to joining Money360 Francesca worked at Sunwest Bank as Vice President/ Sr. Relationship Manager for CRE Bridge loans and prior to that was Vice President at Wells Fargo in a credit role specializing in Owner Occupied Real Estate. Her experience working at various financial institutions in both business development and credit roles allows her to be credit focused but sales conscious. Francesca has served as President of CREW Orange County as well as in other board roles with CREW, was a member of the NAIOP YPG Class of 2016-2017, and currently serves on the Community Health Committee for Mission Hospital.
Francesca earned her MBA from Loyola University and a double BA in Sociology and Business from University of California at Riverside. Most recently she got a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University in 2018.
JOHN CALDER
John Calder serves as Director, Credit Administration and oversees business operations for underwriting, due diligence, processing and closing.
John has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including commercial finance as a lender and as a mortgage banker, and commercial brokerage both leasing and sales.
Prior to joining Money360, John was a Portfolio Leader at Sabal Financial Group where he managed five portfolios with fifteen asset managers. John was also a Portfolio Lead for portfolio acquisitions. John has held management or production positions with Sabal Financial Group, Sterling Bank and Trust, GE Capital, Churchill Mortgage, Northland, Pacific Southwest and CB Commercial Real Estate.
John earned a BS from the school of Business at the University of Colorado – Boulder.
BEN BECKSTEAD
Ben Beckstead serves as Senior Vice President of Money360. He oversees all marketing initiatives including the development and implementation of traditional and digital marketing. He is responsible for developing rich, quality content to be used through email marketing campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels. He works closely with the origination team to drive brand awareness and to assist in sourcing new business. He also oversees all conference sponsorship opportunities to promote Money360 through industry trade shows and events.
Prior to joining Money360, Ben worked at Fizber.com where he created, oversaw, and implemented the marketing strategy. The strategy included a company rebranding and repositioning in the marketplace. Several key initiatives included website rebuild and rebranding, website SEO, website UX, PPC adverting campaigns on Google, Bing!, and Yahoo, Social Media content, and email marketing. Prior to joining Fizber.com, he worked at G8 Capital where he oversaw the management and disposition of hundreds of REO properties. He implemented new processes and procedures to effectively manage the high volume of assets. He currently holds his California Real Estate Brokers license.

RON SUBER
Ron brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development across the hedge fund, broker dealer and registered investment advisor industries to Money360. Throughout his career, Ron has developed and successfully executed diverse strategies for raising debt and equity for fin-tech ventures.
Most recently Ron served as President of Prosper Marketplace, the first marketplace lending platform in the U.S. He was responsible for creating and executing the business development strategy to attract borrowers to the site, as well as ensuring a balance between institutional and retail investors on the Prosper platform. He continues to serve as President Emeritus and Senior Advisor to Prosper.
Before joining Prosper, Ron was Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities and Head of Global Sales and Marketing and Senior Partner for Merlin Securities. Ron also served as President of Spectrum Global Fund Administration, and spent 14 years at Bear Stearns where he served as Senior Managing Director and Manager of Global Clearing Sales.
Ron serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Credible, and advisory member to Juvo, Yield Street, Docusign, Unison and eOriginal.

TODD RUPPERT
R. Todd Ruppert has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. He retired from T. Rowe Price, the global asset management firm with over $940 billion under management, where he was CEO and president of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, co-president, T. Rowe Price International, and a member of the operating steering committee of the T. Rowe Price Group.
Currently, Todd is the founder and CEO of Ruppert International, a firm with diversified interests globally in various fields including financial services, disruptive technologies, strategy consulting, publishing, arts and entertainment, and education.
He is a venture partner at Greenspring Associates, a US based venture capital firm with over $6.0 billion under management. He is also a senior advisor to SenaHill Partners, a FinTech merchant bank, and Motive Partners, an investment firm focused on technology enabled businesses that power the financial services sector.

HUGH ROSS
Hugh has been a successful real estate developer and investor for over 15 years. After retiring from a successful career in Oil Trading in 2013, Hugh has been actively involved in several real estate ventures including development, foreclosures, and distressed notes in the multi-family and commercial-industrial space. Hugh had 21 years in Executive and Leadership roles at BP, Morgan Stanley and Glencore. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA in International Business Finance from the University of Hawaii.
JOHN MAUTE
John Maute is a pioneer in the globalization of distressed real estate investing and asset management.
With more than 30 years of real estate experience, John previously served as senior managing director at Situs Holdings (formerly Helios AMC), prior to its sale to Stone Point Capital.He co-founded Helios AMC, a nationally rated special servicing company, which he grew to more than $4 billion in assets under management. John also held senior positions at GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he built, bought and grew six distressed commercial real estate investment companies in five countries. An expert in developing best-practice operational controls, John has been instrumental in helping Money360 to institutionalize its back-end operations.
